About the Role:
We are responsible for our customers Mortgage Journey from first enquiry right up until they get the keys to their new home and we do this through a variety of channels; our branch network, our Direct team and online. We are available to our customers through the channel of their choice and constantly strive to support our customer through social media, live events and workplace banking.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Demonstrate an agile and flexible approach that best meets customer needs at a time and place that best suits them
- Sales experience with a self-starting goal orientated mentality
- Be an excellent communicator and team player
- A strong commitment to quality advice and high standards of compliance
- Demonstrate and communicate market leading product knowledge in the areas of mortgages and regulation
- Be detail orientated with ability to manage portfolio of clients
- Hold a minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing Mortgage advice in Ireland
What you will bring:
- Local Markets roles: QFA held (however if not fully qualified, a commitment to becoming fully accredited and qualified within 12-18 months)
- Minimum 12 months experience in Mortgage advice or assessment
- Track record of delivering a consistent level of exceptional service to customers
- Proven track record to delivering strong results against agreed targets
