Our Financial Solutions Group (“FSG”) which is a segment dedicated to supporting business and personal customers in financial difficulties, which include corporates, SMEs and personal borrowers, is looking for a Senior Business Support Specialist to deliver administration services and support for a team within this Group. 

 

The role will involve general administrative duties and will also include conducting analysis and research on assigned activities. Translates requirements into deliverable tasks and plans, schedules, tracks, manages and reports on key tasks and interdependencies to deliver solutions and output.  Ensure records are accurately maintained in databases and systems to provide the continuous availability of accurate information.

  • Attention to detail.   Genuinely enjoys investigation type activities, analysis and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of policy, process and procedures, or technical business functions and processes and the information they use. 
  • Track to closure all action plans to address any findings made by internal/external audits
  • Results driven individual with proven track record in risk based work prioritisation
  • Have a minimum of 5 GCSE's including English and Maths (A-C Grade).
