Role:  Customer Support Officials

Location:  Flexible locations – Nationwide (Dublin, Limerick, Cork & Athlone)

Contract: This role is being offered on both a Part Time & Full Time Basis – 1 year Fixed Term Contracts

Where will you work?

In AIB we are growing our business to meet our new and existing customer’s requirements. We have some exciting opportunities for you to get involved in helping new customers open new Bank accounts to meet their everyday banking needs. The roles will be part of our Customer Services, Direct Banking and Branch Banking teams.


What is the role opportunity?


Opportunities for

  • Sales & Service Advisors in our Contact Centre
  • Data processing in our Operations Support Teams


Key Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with customers would be preferable
  • Self-motivated, energetic & ability to operate on own initiative
  • Proven track record in delivering strong results against goals
  • Experience in Customer Engagement / telephony role or in transaction processing
  • Completing Personal Credit applications and transactions for our customers
  • Current model for new trainees is an initial full-time period on site to gain complex product knowledge & system training
  • Remote/branch working will be considered after initial training period
